New creative direction for Ferragamo’s women’s collections

Italian luxury brand Salvatore Ferragamo has appointed Paul Andrew as creative director for its women’s collections. He will start his new role immediately.

He will oversee the development of all women’s product categories, including leathergoods and footwear, as well as the creative direction of Ferragamo’s marketing, communication and image activities for this segment.

Mr Andrew moves from his position as design director for the brand’s women’s footwear business, a role he took on in September 2016 as part of what Ferragamo called “an initiative to reimagine and reinvigorate Ferragamo’s core business.”

His debut women’s collection will be presented for the autumn/winter 2018-19 season.
