Clarks bolsters international team

UK-based footwear brand Clarks has appointed new bosses for its European and Asia Pacific businesses.

Ben Fletcher will join the company as managing director for Europe. He joins from UK pharmacy chain Boots, where he was most recently managing director for the company’s optician business. He is also a non-executive director at the British Retail Consortium. 

Jack Quinlan will take on the role of president for the Asia-Pacific region in August. He has extensive experience in the apparel and footwear industry, having worked for Fossil, Nike and Timberland. 

“I am delighted to welcome Jack and Ben to Clarks,” said chief commercial officer, Steve Finlan. “They have a wealth of experience and strong commercial skills which will ensure they will play important roles in the transformation and future success of Clarks.”
