Micam Shanghai will add leather and fashion brands
The 4th edition of theMICAMshangahi, an Italy-led high end shoe fair, has closed today (September 26) at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre. It featured exhibitors from Spain, Portugal, France, Brazil and the US.
Organisers have announced that from next March, leather and fashion brands will be joining footwear companies in a bid to introduce Chinese buyers to a broader range of Italian companies.
James Fu, general manager of Hannover Fairs Shanghai, said: “The first three editions have been a great success and, in the current one, the quality of the buyers attending has increased again as well as the participation of internationals brands. The fourth edition of theMICAMshanghai continues to offer innovative seminars and create opportunities for both buyers and visitors to discuss the latest trends in the footwear market.”
