More visitors at Micam Shanghai

Slightly more footwear buyers than last time, with total reaching just over 5,000, visited the stands of 250 specially selected footwear brands. The exhibitors were from 12 different countries, but the emphasis was very much on Italy.
“This edition represented a fresh start after a trial phase of the show last year,” said Assocalzaturifici president, Cleto Sagripanti, at the end of the event. “We’re happy because the long months of hard work have brought growth to an event offering companies a unique opportunity. We worked hard to select the best buyers from South Korea, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines, as well as buyers from all over China.”
The next Micam Shanghai exhibition is scheduled for September 24-26, 2014, at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre.
