Shanghai to host next International Footwear Congress

China Leather Industry Association vice-president, Chen Zhanguang, has revealed that the twenty-second International Footwear Congress will be held in Shanghai in 2025.

The decision was taken following a unanimous executive committee decision, local media said.

Organised by the International Union of Shoe Industry Technicians, the event last concluded on September 22 in northern Italy. More than 300 industry bodies from 21 countries took part.

Its next edition will run concurrently alongside the All China Leather Exhibition.
