Deichmann and Esprit join forces

The German companies will develop ranges together, with the first shoes on sale next spring.
Anders Kristiansen, CEO of Esprit, said: "Deichmann has a great deal of expertise in the shoe business and a good understanding of the Esprit brand.
“I am convinced that together we will create inspiring and fashionable shoes with high quality for our customers.”
Diechmann sold 178 million pairs of shoes in 2018, generating a turnover of €5.8 billion. It operates 4,053 stores as well as 40 online shops and employs more than 40,000.
