New CEO for Stuart Weitzman
High-end footwear brand Stuart Weitzman, owned by New York-based luxury leathergoods company Coach, has named Wendy Kahn as its new CEO and brand president. She will take over on September 13 from current CEO Wayne Kulkin, who will move to a consultancy role at Coach.

Ms Kahn is leaving her current position as CEO at Valentino, having also served as vice president of sales, marketing and retail during her time at the Italian fashion brand. She has also held senior positions at LVMH, Marc Jacobs and Celine.

“Wendy’s success in developing global luxury brands and extensive general management experience make her the ideal candidate to lead Stuart Weitzman, building on the brand’s strong foundation,” said Victor Luis, CEO of Coach.

Ms Kahn expressed her long-term admiration for the Stuart Weitzman brand and said she looked forward to “contributing to its growth”.
