Lectra to join speakers at Brazilian footwear event

Organisers of the Brazil-based CICB Productivity Meeting, focused on innovation in the leather and footwear supply chain, have announced the first speakers.

Roy Shurling, business development manager for automotive leather at Lectra, will discuss the Benefits of Digitalisation in the Leather Production Chain while the technical director or Sebrae, The Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Enterprises, Heloísa Menezes, will host a round table.

The event takes place on March 16 at Fenac, in Novo Hamburgo, to coincide with the 40th edition of Fimec (the International Trade-fair for Leather, Chemical Products, Components, Machines, and Equipment for Footwear and Tanneries).
