Footwear industry charity Two Ten Footwear Foundation has launched a second phase of its Footwear Warriors campaign, a three-month fundraising appeal to increase the number of scholarships for US Army veterans working in or returning to the footwear industry.

The financial goal for phase two is $60,000 by February 28, 2015, which aligns with the 2015/2016 academic year.

Quabaug Corporation, Vibram and the Donahue family made an initial commitment of $130,000 and it has since been supported by companies including ASICS America Corp, New Balance, Ortholite, Red Wing Shoe Foundation, Rocky Brands and Timberland.
