It made improvements in its retail locations, opening its first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified store in Syracuse, New York. It also switched 70% of its retail locations to LED light bulbs.
It donated more than 50,000 pairs of shoes and raised more than $150,000 for non-profit organisations in disaster relief areas including the Philippines and Haiti through its "Crocs Cares" programme.
The report covers Crocs' eight largest owned and contract factories in 2013, which produce 95% of total production, as well as its US headquarters.
