VF finds new Tokyo design base has Harajuku style

US clothing and footwear group VF Corporation has launched its Tokyo Design Collective (TDC) at the same time as opening the doors to a new regional office for the Vans, Timberland and Dickies brands in the city’s Harajuku district.
