Men’s footwear to follow new Lululemon Asia-Pacific outpost
Vancouver-based sports brand Lululemon has chosen to land its first-ever dedicated, independent men’s activewear store for Asia-Pacific in the Chinese capital.
Men’s athletic clothing accounts for around 37% of the company’s total revenue at present, local media said. The boutique can be found at Yidi Port in Beijing’s Chaoyang district.
Lululemon chief executive, Calvin McDonald, shared that the business expects to officially branch out into men’s footwear sometime during the first quarter of this year.
The brand appointed Jonathan Cheung global creative director earlier in January.
