Laurent Malecaze leaves Dunhill for Chloé
Swiss luxury group Richemont has named Laurent Malecaze (pictured) chief executive of Parisian footwear, fashion and leathergoods house Chloé in place of Riccardo Bellini, who has elected not to renew his contract after four years.

Mr Bellini most recently oversaw the appointment of German designer Chemena Kamali as creative director, following Gabriela Hearst's decision to step away from her post this past autumn.

His replacement, Mr Malecaze, moves over from Richemont-owned, British men’s business Dunhill, where he was chief executive for two years. The luxury brand will announce a new leader in due course, its parent company said.

Mr Malecaze commented that he was “extremely honoured” to be taking the helm at Chloé. “I am thrilled to start this new chapter with the immensely talented Chemena Kamali,” he shared.
