She takes over from Elisa Lanciotti and will remain in office from until 2026.
She is enrolled in the Economics and Business School of the University of Naples Federico II and works at Calpierre, the business her grandfather Ciro De Pascale founded in the 1960s.
"Investing in training young people is essential, increasing their management, communication and tech skills," explains De Pascale. "I also believe encouraging an ongoing discussion among Young Entrepreneurs is important to grow both personally and professionally, laying the groundwork for them to become the future leaders of the association.”
Alongside the new president will be four vice-presidents: Eleonora De Lucia of Calzaturificio Marciano, Gianluca Tomat of Lotto Sport Italia, Matteo Piervincenzi of Calzaturificio and Thomas Schlecht of Parabiago Collezioni.
