Brazilian footwear group Arezzo has made its first international acquisition. It has bought 65% of the equity of an Italian brand, Paris Texas.

Arezzo paid €25 million for the transaction. It has reserved the right to buy the rest of the shares in Paris Texas in the future.

The group told media in Brazil that this move represented an important step towards becoming an international group, providing high-end footwear to customers in different parts of the world.
