Luxury group Capri has raised the outlook for its fiscal 2022 revenue after noting a better-than-expected revival in luxury sales.

The owner of Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors anticipates revenues of $5.15 billion compared with previous guidance of $5.1 billion.

Chairman John Idol said: "With greater visibility into the path of the global economic recovery, we now have even more confidence in the future and believe our three luxury houses position Capri Holdings to deliver multiple years of strong revenue and earnings growth.”
