AAFA’s virtual global supply chain and trade conference is underway
The American Apparel and Footwear Association Global Supply Chain & Trade Conference is being held virtually this year. The event is now underway, running from Tuesday, August 25 to Thursday, August 27, with sessions from 1pm-3:30pm ET each day.
The event includes speakers from Under Armour and VF Corp, along with others. Attendees of the interactive programme are able to “raise your hand” to ask questions directly to the speakers, according to organisers.
Colin Browne, chief operating officer of Under Armour and AAFA chairman, and Sarah Clarke, executive vice president of PVH Corp. and AAFA vice-chairman, are keynote speakers. According to organisers, the two are teaming up for “a fireside chat to discuss the biggest issues facing today's supply chains, how to stay prepared, and the paths forward for future resilience”.
