Bringing a “patchwork pattern to smooth canvas”, the new Louis Vuitton Monogram Denim capsule includes a jacket, flared trousers, dress (pictured), bags and more covered in multi-toned denim. 

The capsule collection was released in time to celebrate the Chinese New Year. The company said it was welcoming the Year of the Rat with the season’s “transversal denim pattern, which combines Monogram Flowers and LV signatures into a fresh, summery look”. 

This isn't the brand's first foray into monogram denim. Last October, Louis Vuitton launched denim versions of the Time Out Sneaker (pictured) and the Stellar Sneaker Boot.

Made in Italy, most pieces are composed of 98% cotton and 2% elastane. One exception is the monogram denim check shawl, which — made with 60% silk and 40% wool — only looks like denim.
