Chile to be guest of honour at Sapica exhibition

The 78th edition of the Sapica leather and footwear fair will take place in León, Mexico from March 13-16. A total of 850 exhibitors will present their products for autumn/winter 2018.

Companies from a wide range of countries will be present, including the US, Colombia, Japan, Canada, France, Italy, Panama, Brazil, Peru and Denmark. They will be located in nine halls, which are split into different themes: high-end, casual, formal women’s and sports. 

One of the new features for the first Sapica of 2018 is the presence of Chile as the event’s first guest country. It will bring a delegation of 12 companies that specialise in the footwear and leather industry. 

This edition of Sapica also includes a conference programme with talks on issues like material trends for spring/summer 2019, e-commerce, and manufacturing.
