Ferragamo CEO to leave after only 18 months in the job
Weeks after posting a fall in revenues of 3.1% for 2017, luxury group Salvatore Ferragamo has announced that chief executive, Eraldo Poletto, is to leave his position. His departure will be on March 8.

The company expressed gratitude to Mr Poletto for his contribution to what it called the start of a new chapter in its history. It also commended the progress he made in driving forward Ferragamo’s online business, while continuing to pay close attention to product quality and to the brand’s standing.

Eraldo Poletto only took up the role in August 2016, replacing Michele Norsa, whose tenure had lasted ten years.
