Delcam’s businesses merged and renamed

All of the staff from the Delcam businesses have been moved into the new group. This will not affect staffing or offices, the headquarters remaining in Birmingham, Delcam confirmed.
Autodesk, a maker of software for the engineering and construction industries, bought footwear-focused Delcam in February 2014.
Chris Lawrie, director of Autodesk Footwear, said: “The reinforced focus on the footwear industry means greater possibilities for both our existing and new customers. Being able to provide an even wider range of tailored solutions improves the options available to both designers and manufacturers.”
