Geox expects ‘further success’ as it launches quarterly magazine

                        Published quarterly, Breathe will be available in English, Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese and distributed through retail channels. It will also be posted to e-commerce customers and available online.
Geox sales rose 6.7% to €426.9 million during the first half of the year.
Chairman Mario Moretti Polegato said he was satisfied with the results. “We have also taken steps to improve our efficiency. The impact of this operational focus in visible is not only the increased cash flow generation resulting from changes to our product development and procurement processes, but in the substantial improvement we experienced in our gross margin as well.”
He added that despite a “volatile and uncertain” environment, the second half looks promising. “With sales increasing and poised to grow, efficiency enhancements staying in focus, and innovation remaining a priority, we are well positioned for further success.”
