Clarks Americas, a subsidiary of the UK parent company, is planning a new corporate headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts, with construction beginning this month.

The office will feature an expansive roof deck, an outdoor terrace, employee retail store, fitness centre and covered parking.

Boston Properties is the lead developer of the property. “From our first meeting with Clarks, we have been impressed with their commitment to creating ‘Great Space and Place'.
