VF names former Nike, Inc president to its board

US footwear and clothing group VF Corporation has appointed former Nike, Inc president, Trevor A. Edwards (pictured), to its board of directors.

Mr Edwards will now serve on the board’s talent and compensation, plus governance and corporate responsibility committees, effective October 22.
