Authentic Brands Group (ABG), headquartered in New York City, has established a satellite office in South Korea, led by a former country director for ABG-owned sports brand Reebok, Shinha Park. 

Local media reported that the brand management company had sought an in-country presence, better placed to understand domestic market dynamics, in a bid to strengthen its global competitiveness. In addition to Reebok, ABG’s portfolio currently encompasses over 60 companies, including brands Eddie Bauer, Spyder and Juicy Couture, manufacturer Prince Sports, Sports Illustrated magazine and various rights to the estates of athletic personalities including Muhammad Ali, Shaquille O’Neil and Greg Norman.
