New CICEG president lays out strategy

The CICEG footwear industry association in the Mexican state of Guanajuato has appointed Luis Gerardo García, as its new president. He takes over leadership of CICEG from Javier Plascencia Reyes, who has been in the role since February 2015. Mr Reyes is leaving to focus on his family’s business Calzado Elefante.
