Imports of cheap shoes into Mexico go down

Consumers in Mexico bought 303 million pairs of shoes in 2014. Mexican manufacturers made 245 million pairs in the course of the year, exporting 27 million of them, while retailers and traders brought 70 million pairs of imported footwear into the country.
