JD Sports publishes inaugural Global Impact Report
Sports retail group JD Sports Fashion has published its first Global Impact Report for FY2026, outlining progress in social impact, sustainability and ethical business practices across its operations in 51 countries.
The report, titled Growing Our Tomorrow Together, said more than 28,500 young people took part in the company’s JD UP employability programme, supported by 130 schools and 80 charity partners. JD also said 320 UK employees enrolled on apprenticeship programmes, while almost 4,000 young people joined virtual work experience initiatives through Springpod.
The group added that its JD Foundation and JD Finish Line Foundation donated £2.5 million (€2.93 million) to community projects and charitable partners during the year.
Chief executive Regis Schultz said the report reflected JD’s commitment to building “a more inclusive, equitable and culturally aware organisation”.
