IPO will give valuation of around €1.75 billion for Golden Goose

High-end athletic shoe brand Golden Goose has confirmed that it will list shares worth approximately €100 million on the Euronext Milan exchange. The listing is likely to take place before the end of June.

It announced on June 11 that the offer price for this initial public offering would be €9.50 to €10.50 per share.

This would mean a market capitalisation of the company of between €1.69 billion and €1-86 billion. Golden Goose reported full-year revenues for 2023 of €587 million. This represented growth of 18% compared to the previous year.

Chief executive, Silvio Campara, said: “We have built a brand that people love and are loyal to. We have delivered strong, profitable growth with a purpose. The brand’s mission is to unleash self-expression through authenticity and uniqueness.”
