Brooks Running has announced Jim Weber will step down as CEO after 23 years in the position. 

Mr Weber was named CEO in 2001 and grew the company “from the verge of bankruptcy” to a billion-dollar brand.

Dan Sheridan (pictured), who currently serves as chief operating officer, will become Brooks’ CEO on April 26, 2024.

Mr Sheridan joined Brookes as COO in 2019. In recent years, he has scaled its business model, guiding the supply chain and operations, and accelerating the brand’s digital transformation.

He said: “I’m humbled and excited to lead the Brooks team and look forward to building on our momentum.”
