Footwear leads growth for Puma

Sports group Puma has reported 2023 full-year revenues of €8.6 billion, an increase of 6.6% year on year.

Its footwear category contributed almost €4.6 billion, up by 12.4% compared to 2022. Apparel’s contribution to the total was €2.75 billion, which is a slight fall, of 0.3%, compared to the previous year. Puma also earned €1.25 billion from sales of accessories, a rise of 3.1%.

Geographically, the brand performed best in Europe, where it achieved revenues of €3.4 billion, up by 13.4%. Its revenues in the Americas was only just under €3.4 billion, but here the figure was down by 2.4%. There was good growth in Asia, where revenues were €1.8 billion, an increase of 13.6%.
