National footwear industry associations from Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Venezuela, Chile, Nicaragua, Uruguay, Peru, El Salvador and Paraguay have announced that the Latin America Footwear Forum for 2024 will take place in São Paulo on May 20 and 21.

This will be the twenty-sixth edition of the event, which aims to provide a platform for representatives of footwear manufacturers across the Americas to share knowledge, experience and good practice.

Specific themes the forum will cover this year will include innovation, sustainability, artificial intelligence, design, regulation and trends.

It will take place in the context of a new edition of the Brazilian Footwear (BF) Show, which ran for the first time in 2023. The second edition of BFShow will run in São Paulo from May 21-23.
