UGG launches Regenerate collection
In collaboration with creators, activists, and changemakers in the regenerative community, footwear brand UGG has introduced the Regenerate by UGG collection
The five new styles include the Neumel Crafted, Classic Mini and Campfire Crafted regenerate boots alongside the Scuffette II and the Tasman Regenerate Slippers. Features include regeneratively sourced materials, including wool, sheepskin, and sustainable outsoles.
UGG has pledged to restore one million acres of grassland into regenerative farmland by 2025. To achieve this, they have established a long-term grant with Savory Institute to support regenerative farming practices on sheep farms in Australia. The brand has contributed to the restoration of 310,000 acres thus far. Through this five-year commitment, the brand aims to transform the Australian sheepskin industry by promoting regenerative practices on these farms.
