Projected growth will leave Brazil’s domestic market below pre-covid levels

National industry association Abicalçados has said it expects Brazil’s domestic footwear market to generate sales of between 750 million and 760 million pairs in 2023. This would represent growth of more than 3% year on year.
Abicalçados said, however, that these figures would still leave Brazil’s domestic market 7% below pre-pandemic levels.
