Chairman to step down after 30 years at Wolverine

Industry veteran Blake Krueger is to retire as chairman of the board of outdoor footwear group Wolverine World Wide in May.

Mr Krueger’s involvement with Wolverine has lasted 30 years and he was the group’s chief executive from 2007 until 2021.

He said on making the announcement that it had been “an absolute privilege and honour to have played a role in the company’s successful 140-year history”. He added that he was confident about Wolverine’s future.
