06/06/2022

Luxury group Gucci has reached agreement with trade union organisations in Tuscany over terms and conditions for workers at its workshops and factories there.

Around 1,500 workers in the region make and move products for Gucci. Union organisations Femca and Filctem represented them in negotiations.

As part of their terms and conditions now, they will receive an extra month’s salary once per year and increased performance bonus payments.

The agreement will remain in place until 2025, Gucci said.
