Reebok owner recruits for expansion in Japan
Authentic Brands Group, the new owner of Reebok, has recruited a figure from sports broadcasting, Kiyoshi Nakamura, to lead its business development activities in Asia.
It said Mr Nakamura would generate business development opportunities for the company’s brands as it seeks to expand in Japan and across Asia.
Mr Nakamura’s career spans nearly four decades in various leadership roles. Most recently he was senior vice-president at global marketing and advertising agency Dentsu, where he was instrumental in acquiring the marketing, broadcasting and hospitality rights for the Olympic Games, Rugby World Cup, FIFA World Cup and the Asian Games.
