Record results put Crocs in the pink
Casual footwear group Crocs has reported revenues of $2.3 billion in its full-year results for 2021. It said this was a record amount and an increase of more than 65% compared to the figure for the previous year.
Its revenues for the year in the Americas reached $1.6 billion, an increase of more than 85% year on year. In the European and Asian markets, it achieved growth of around 40% and 20% respectively, with revenues in each case of $350 million.
Chief executive, Andrew Rees, said it had been a very successful year for the brand. He said: “Our fourth straight year of revenue growth was fuelled by continued strong consumer demand for the Crocs brand globally. We are excited about our sustainable growth trajectory and are confident in our plan to grow to $6 billion in revenues by 2026.”
