Ugg evolution helps Deckers
Footwear group Deckers has reported revenues of just over $1.2 billion for the first six months of its current business year, the period ending September 30, 2021.
This represents an increase of 35% compared to the same period a year earlier. Deckers, whose best known brand is Ugg, said it expects full-year revenues of more than $3 billion.
Group chief executive, Dave Powers, said one of the factors contributing to growth for Deckers was Ugg’s “evolution beyond women’s footwear”.
