New version of Reebok plant-based shoe
Sports footwear brand Reebok has released a new version of its Floatride Energy Grow plant-based running shoe.
Floatride Energy Grow uses a minimum of 50% plant-based materials. For example, a castor bean midsole delivers “responsive and lightweight cushioning”, the brand has said, while a Bloom algae sockliner is moulded for “increased support and cushioning”.
The shoe’s upper is derived from eucalyptus and is both durable and breathable, according to Reebok.
