Treksta’s lifetime repairs guarantee recognised by South Korean government
Local media have reported that Busan-headquartered outdoors brand Treksta has been selected as an “excellent” South Korean service company by the country’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy for the eighteenth consecutive year, due to its lifetime after-sales offering to customers.
Reportedly, the brand handles around 200 pairs of shoes for repairs each day. It has been pursuing its lifetime repairs service for more than twenty years now and some of its artisans have over thirty years of experience in the field.
A Treksta spokesperson said: “Treksta not only manufactures products so that they can be worn for a long time, but we have also been operating our after-sales system for a significant period, as a sustainability initiative.
“In order to repay customers’ trust, our goal is to ensure that they receive renewed footwear after a multi-step inspection process.”
