As part of its reopening in Los Angeles, California, landmark retail property HHLA (formerly the Promenade at Howard Hughes Center) is hosting an immersive pop-up museum to celebrate sneaker culture. Sneakertopia, opening for a limited time from 1 November, will feature rare sneakers, large murals, interactive street art, and limited edition merchandise.

The 15,000 square foot space, according to the Sneakertopia website, will “transport you through a series of immersive, mind-blowing galleries celebrating the art and culture of sneakers — a story of creativity, expression and innovation.”

Described as “one part pop art gallery, one part insanely huge sneaker closet,” Sneakertopia invites visitors to get close to dozens of the most famous sneakers ever released.
