DSW restructures its leadership team

Footwear retail group DSW has announced the creation of several new executive positions, which it has said are designed to “create clear brand leadership” after a number of acquisitions in 2018. This included the Camuto Group.

Bill Jordan will be promoted to the role of president of DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse. He will be responsible for the entire DSW business in the US and Canada.

Mary Turner will take on the position of president of the Shoe Company and Shoe Warehouse brands in Canada. Part of her job will be to develop plans to expand these smaller businesses in the US. 

Debbie Ferrée is to become vice chair and president of DSW Inc. She will focus on growing strategic relationships with vendors across all DSW-owned brands. 

These changes will be effective February 3.
