FDRA elects new leadership team

Ed Rosenfeld, chairman and chief executive of Steve Madden, has been selected as chairman, having held various leadership positions at the trade body for several years. The vice-chairman’s role will now be taken up by Mike Jeppesen, president of global operations at Wolverine’ Heritage Group, and Cliff Sifford, chief executive of retail group Shoe Carnival, will be treasurer.
At the time of the announcement, Mr Rosenfeld said: “Our industry is changing dramatically and FDRA continues to be the platform by which companies get vital information and work together to solve common issues and challenges. We will look to continue to eliminate footwear tariffs as well as policy threats to our businesses.”
