Vans and UK company launch waterproof collection

The Vans x Undercover London collaboration includes a selection of shoes and umbrellas featuring water-resistant technology, designed to help the products survive the notoriously cold and wet weather in the UK.
The high-tops in the collection feature an upper made from a combination of water-resistant suede and umbrella materials, warm linings and a specially-designed heat retention layer between the sockliner and outsole to ensure the feet stay warm and dry. Vans has constructed a lugs outsole based on snowboots to combat the cold weather.
The umbrellas feature prints that match the footwear designs available, all of which are based on the silhouette of the Vans Sk8-Hi Trek Cup LX.
The collection will be available from October 22 in selected Vans stores, online and at Undercover London’s flagship store in London.
