Lacoste Chaussures president to take wider group role

Pentland Brands has made a number of changes to its executive team, creating several new roles.
 
Among these, Richard Newcombe, currently brand president for Lacoste Chaussures, will lead footwear across the group. This new role will take effect from January 1, 2017.
 
Earlier than that, on October 1, Chirag Patel, currently global vice-president for product and marketing at Lacoste Chaussures, will become the group’s director of global strategy. He and his team will be responsible for “the strategic shape and growth of the Pentland brand portfolio”, the group said.
