La Rioja shoe firms to take part in Momad Shoes in greater numbers

Footwear manufacturers from the northern region of La Rioja will travel to Madrid in greater numbers this September to take part in the Momad Shoes exhibition.

Only four firms from La Rioja took part in the first Momad Shoes event in March 2016, and the same number took part in the combined Momad Metrópolis event in September 2015.

However, for the September 2016 edition of Momad Shoes (September 9-11), 16 companies from La Rioja have signed up to take part.

Local footwear industry association, AICCOR, and the region’s footwear technology and research centre, CTCR, will also be active participants in the Madrid event this year.
