SLEM to host two conferences in Waalwijk

Footwear innovation and education institute SLEM will run two footwear conferences on April 19 and 20 in Waalwijk in the Netherlands.

Future wearable technology in footwear will be the subject on the first day, followed by a conference on future sustainable footwear materials on the second day, focusing on new material developments and production techniques that “push the boundaries” of what can be used to make shoes, SLEM said in the build-up to the events.
