South African retailer eyes Office

A South African fashion retailer Truworths has said it is in talks with UK shoe seller Office, which would be its first purchase in Europe.

"No binding offer has been made, neither has any transaction been concluded with Office or its shareholders," Truworths said.

Office owns 150 stores, while Truworths operates stores in Ghana, Nigeria and Botswana.
