Separate shoe hall improves Momad Metrópolis

Spanish footwear brands have spoken of a more successful Momad Metrópolis event this September compared to previous editions of the exhibition, the successor of Modacalzado.

What made a difference to representatives of the footwear industry at this, the fifth edition of Momad Metrópolis, was that the organisers had reserved one hall, hall four, exclusively for shoes. Exhibitors said this improved the flow of visitors interested specifically in shoes.

Early indicators suggest an increase in visitor numbers compared to the previous edition in February 2015 of around 10%, while the amount of exhibition space taken up by footwear brands increased by 55%.
